My all-levels Hatha and Vinyasa yoga classes in York are held on a weekly basis. Yogis of all abilities are welcome and poses are described clearly at every stage.
Classes are fun and lighthearted, there’s no pressure. Students are strongly encouraged to listen to their own bodies and find their own boundary within each pose. No two bodies are the same and yoga is a personal practice, the aim is to meet yourself on the mat, where you are today, and work with that.
